Projector Management

It's nearly a year since the 'operation' and  despite some unanticipated fluctuations, the schedule of *Feb '11 seems a reasonable one.  I've not been rushing and have avoided being harried as I trawl through the stored and unused.  I have heard of people using the '6 month rule' for items that have laid dormant for this length of time, however, I am not one of them, yet, although the discernment skill set is improving.

I haven't been paying a too much attention to the Commonwealth Games, with the Ryder Cup being played, until I shuddered, last night, at the sight of the athletics stadium and it's state of incompletion.  Gantt charts aside, relying on manual labour in large quantities  in the 11th hour's 59th minute to fit and finish a stadium is pushing things a smidgeon.  A lesson for all.   I did wonder why work was not undertaken earlier, on the facilities, with the appropriate advice from the organising committee.
